The euro has reversed earlier losses and is now trading higher against the dollar, after sinking to the lowest level since May 2025 on Monday, amid worries over France’s debt position and political uncertainty.

Reversing a 0.13% drop in early European trading, the single currency gained 0.2% to $1.1245.
